The Polonia Youth Soccer Club cordially invites you to play in their 18th annual youth tournament. This tournament is sanctioned by the WYSA and FIFA rules will apply.

When: Friday, Saturday and Sunday August 15, 16, 17.

Entry Fees: U8 – U10 = $250 U11 – U17 = $375

Checks payable to Polonia Youth Soccer Club

Deadline: July 7, 2008
Please note: Spots fill up quickly and by meeting the deadline it doesn’t guarantee a spot in the tournament.

Games: All teams guaranteed 3 games
Championship games for competitive U11-U17

Eligibility: USYSA, WYSA or official league roster must accompany applications. Player passes required for all competitive divisions. Teams are allowed up to 3 guest players, with proper WYSA or state paperwork approved by the tournament board two weeks prior to tournament dates. 3 guest players would include 3 club players (not a total of 6).
