Polonia Tryout Information

Girls U17 tryouts will be held on Monday, July 6th and Tuesday, July 7th from 4:30 - 6:30 pm. Any questions, contact Rick Neumann at 414-422-8642 or 414-334-0124. Polonia Registration Form, Release of Liability Form, USYSA-WYSA Form

Boys U16 tryouts will be held on Monday, June 29th and Wednesday, July 1st. Check in is at 5:30 and tryouts will begin at 6:00. For more information, contact Ward Komorowski 262-679-4217.
